Find Stress Relief with this Ancient Herb

Ashwagandha has extraordinary stress-relieving properties. And that’s not all.

This Indian herb’s natural healing properties can also ease depression and anxiety. Its positive effects have been compared to those of often-harmful pharmaceuticals that doctors prescribe (or overprescribe).

Known as "Indian ginseng," Ashwagandha doesn’t just relieve emotional stress. It also protects brain cells against the physiological damage that stress puts on your body.

This herb is no New Age product. It’s been used for thousands of years in Ayuredic medicine to target a wide variety of health issues. That includes everything from the negative effects stress can have on the body, boosting sex hormones, and even strengthening the immune system.

Ashwagandha has been demonstrated to be as effective as some antidepressant drugs. But without the negative side effects.

Specifically, oral administration of Ashwagandha for five days suggested anxiety-relieving effects similar to those achieved by the anti-anxiety drug lorazepam. (You may recognize the brand name Ativan.) Plus, antidepressant effects similar to those of the prescription antidepressant drug imipramine.

Ashwagandha achieves these effects by increasing specific antioxidant enzymes in the body that are depleted during stressful times.

Another study shows 85% of the brain cells observed in the animals exposed to chronic stress showed signs of degeneration.

It is this type of cellular degeneration that can lead to long-term cognitive difficulties.

When Ashwagandha was administered to chronically stressed animals, the number of degenerating brain cells was reduced by 80%!

Ashwagandha can not only help manage mental stress, but also physical.

As anyone who has been stressed — which is everyone — can attest to …

It’s not just the mind that is affected, but the body as well.

It sucks your energy from you, no matter how hard you try. And for more-severe cases of depression, it can be difficult to even get out of bed.

This is because stress causes the release of a hormone called cortisol.

Cortisol is needed in the body. But too much of it can have negative effects like weight gain, impaired immune function, and higher risk for chronic disease.

Studies show Ashwagandha can reduce cortisol levels in the body up to 26% while also showing a decline in fasting blood sugar levels, and improved lipid profiles.

The key component in Ashwagandha that provides these remarkable benefits is a chemical called withanolides.

Unfortunately, cheap Ashwagandha supplements either have very lower levels of withanolides, or come from the leaf of the plant that have no withanolides at all.

Effective ashwagandha must come from the root of the plant.

The most studied and effective Ashwagandha extract is a patented, full-spectrum extract called KSM-66, which took over 14 years to develop.

Not all withanolides are beneficial. Withaferin A is one withanolide that is cytotoxic, as has been established in multiple scientific studies. So, it is undesirable to have Withaferin A in an Ashwagandha extract when the intended use is for classical applications like building anti-stress ability, energy, cognition and immunity.

Dome Ashwagandha extracts have high levels of Withaferin A because the manufacturers use Ashwagandha leaves. Using leaves spikes up the overall withanolide content, but it also brings in the undesirable withanolide ‘Withaferin A’.

KSM-66 consists of negligible levels of Withaferin A, making it very safe for human consumption.

Here are all the reasons KSM-66 is the best form of Ashwagandha …

KSM-66 is the highest concentration full-spectrum extract on the market today, retaining all the natural constituents of the herb in the original balance.

KSM-66 is the Ashwagandha extract with the most extensive set of research studies and clinical trials.

KSM-66 has the highest percentage of withanolides of all root-only extracts available today. It has more than 5% concentration of withanolides as measured by HPLC.

The production of KSM-66 has tight vertical integration for high quality and price advantage. KSM-66’s maker is the only Ashwagandha manufacturer in the world with its own farms, production facilities, testing laboratories, research center and distribution.

KSM-66 is the only major Ashwagandha extract in the world that is 100% Organic certified.

KSM-66 has a neutral taste and is not bitter like other Ashwagandha extracts, making it an excellent choice for use in foods and beverages.

KSM-66 is produced using a first-of-its-kind, unique extraction process, based on "Green Chemistry" principles, without using alcohol or any synthetic solvents.

KSM-66 is GRAS Affirmed, Kosher, Halal, Non-GMO Certified; Vegetarian and Gluten free; Safe and Shelf-stable.

Best of all, a KSM-66 Ashwagandha supplement is incredibly affordable.

Ashwagandha effects may take a month or so for you to really notice. But they should only get better over time.

Unlike dangerous pharmaceutical medications, which are simply a quick fix, Ashwagandha helps you heal in both body and mind.

From the most extreme cases of depression to the daily stresses of modern life, this healing herb seems like it could be right for everyone.

Happy and healthy investing,
Brad
