Standard refund policy: Premium service subscribers may receive a 100% refund on their subscription fee within the first 60 days of their service. After the first 60 days, they may receive a pro-rated refund on the unused balance of their subscription. If you have subscribed during certain special promotions, other refund terms may also be available. Cancellation requests must be in writing.
