More on gold, the dollar, the Dow!

Larry Edelson | November 19, 2009

Gold pushing $1,150 an ounce. Dollar still in trouble. Dow headed to 10,800!

For my thoughts on the above, and more — check out my latest video.

Best,

Larry

Larry: Can you print out your commentaries? My speakers are shot and encased in my computer. I would have to buy a new computer to hear your commentaries.

Thank you for your thoughtful commentary. Could you also comment on Platinum. What seems to keep driving it about $300 ahead of gold? Remember when it hit $2200 just recently. Thanks again.

larry the Weiss group all seem to push GLD as the place to play bullion. As an alternative to diversify what about other ETFs like IAU? A bullion seller suggested a couple of Canadian funds.

Have you seen the stories about China receiving gold-plated tungsten bars from a US bank? What do you make of this?

I wish you would give us a print-out version of your videos. I am sure they are quite interesting, but I get a buffered version and it is very annoying. A few words then a long space. Very hard to follow, so I quit trying to listen.

Hi Larry – writing this on Monday after reading your article for today. I’m looking for a new entry point for your windfall trader service and rec’s because I had to move my money to a brokerage firm with better software that could allow trailing stops and other risk management tools. You mention a pullback here [11/19] – so would you say there will still be a pullback? Or was the brief pullback on Friday to the $1132 ish range about it. There are now so many new variables on gold that I don’t know if I should wait, or just get in now and know that even if there is a pullback, eventually gold is going much higher. We have a friend, who is a university economics professor at our town university, and he is SHORTING gold. Which just proves there is much confusion, even amongst people who are considered “professionals”, about the ultimate results of the multitude of economic variables we are enduring now. Nancy

Hi Larry, could you recommend a few trading platforms that a person could use for trading online ( stocks and commodities)? Something that as fairly simple and easy to follow.
Thanks, my wife and I really appreciate your insight.
Russ
