The MSCI Global Index just hit a 10-month high. But I see a couple of warning signs on the horizon. I’m especially worried about the big drop in the Baltic Dry Index, an indicator of trans-ocean shipping fees, that has been a very accurate short-term indicator for Chinese stock prices.
